In these Mind & Body sessions, we bring together what you consciously experience with what is happening at a deeper, unconscious level. Through simple visualizations and body-based exercises, you’ll learn to listen more closely to yourself. This opens space for calm, clarity, and flow in your daily life — not by pushing harder, but by slowing down and reconnecting with what truly moves you from within.

These sessions are for anyone who:

  • struggles with habits they don’t enjoy but can’t seem to change
  • experiences physical complaints without a clear medical explanation
  • wants to take better care of themselves but finds it hard to stay motivated
  • is simply curious to connect with their deeper self and live with more alignment and ease

How does it work?

Each session is personal and practical.

With guided visualizations and gentle somatic practices, you’ll discover what is happening inside and learn to regulate your body and mind from the roots.

The focus is not on performance or fixing symptoms, but on awareness and integration:

  • slowing down so your body and mind can re-align
  • reconnecting with your inner resources
  • building balance and flow step by step

From this foundation, daily life becomes easier to navigate, and you can live with more energy, presence, and clarity.

About Tara

The sessions are led by Tara Smeenk: certified holistic guide, focused on inner balance and body awareness.

I am trained in depth therapy and currently specializing in somatic (trauma) work.

My fascination lies in how we can access the unconscious and increase body awareness, so we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and live from a place of deeper alignment.

When we learn to build from within, everything starts to feel lighter: choices become clearer, energy flows more freely, and life unfolds with more presence and flow.
